Please make sure to press the wet bolts into the shackle strap prior to installation. They do not pull down while tightening and remember, we actually INSTALL what we sell, so if you have questions, just ask!
Kit Consist of:
(24) Wet Bolt, Hex Head, 0.56" x 3", 7/16" Step Down End (0.44"), FA-6-92Z Nut / GREASEABLE
24) Locking 7/16" nuts
(4) Equalizer, 6.13" x 4", 0.56" Holes (Tall Equalizer)
(24) Bushing, Spring Eye / Equalizer, Bronze, AM 0.57" x 0.69" x 1.75" 14-77
(16) Shackle Strap, 3.125" Hole Center
This kit comes with shoulder bolts that are machined to Dexter specifications for suspension tolerance. This allows the nuts to be tightened down to 20 ft lbs and maintain the 1/16" spacing per side of the spring (1/8" overall). By using these bolts, it takes the guess work out of tuning your suspension hardware. Be sure to press the head of the bolts into the shackles and hangers by hand, prior to tightening the nuts down.
