R&P Knowledge Hub
3,500 lb trailer axles commonly use 10" x 2" electric brake assemblies paired with L68149 inner and L44649 outer bearings. EZ Lube spindles incorporate an internal grease passage to simplify maintenance.
Proper brake flange alignment and spindle squareness are essential for even braking and hub rotation. Spring perch placement must match the trailer’s leaf spring spacing. Confirm bolt pattern, bearing sizes, hub face dimension, and spring centers prior to welding.

Includes common 10" x 2" electric brakes and 5 on 4.5" hub drums with races installed. Bearings, seals, mounting hardware, lug nuts, and EZ Lube dust caps with removable rubber plugs are included.
Bolt Pattern Guide
The included hubs use a 5 on 4.5" bolt pattern. On 5-lug hubs, measure from the center of one stud to the far edge of the stud across while skipping one stud. The measurement should be approximately 4.5".
