Pair (2) 2.75" Oil Caps for 6K–8K Oil Bath Trailer Drums

Part Number: K71-038-00 (AKA 21-35)

This set includes two oil bath hub caps designed for trailer brake drums with 2-7/8" threads. These oil caps are commonly used on 8,000 lb axles and are also found on some 6,000 lb and 7,000 lb oil bath applications, as well as select older 9,000 lb axles manufactured prior to October 1, 1989.

  • Fits oil bath drums with 2-7/8" threaded bore
  • Common on Dexter drum castings 8-218, 8-219, 8-232, 8-285, and 8-286
  • Direct replacement for Dexter oil caps 21-35 and 23-29
  • Also used on some Kodiak disc brake oil bath hubs
