New, Recessed 4 bolt, 6000# Capacity D Ring, full 360 degree Swivel, Zinc Plated for rust protection. New Zinc plated matching backing plates for easy install. 1/8" thick plate. Used in and on many "high end" trailers to secure cars or other items. Ring recesses flush down in the floor when not in use, then lifts out of the floor, and rotates in any direction, so it is always facing the "right way" when you hook to it.
