- Necessary to be used with disc brakes
- Must be wired into your trailer wiring
- Prevents brakes from engaging while in reverse
- Re-routes hydraulic brake back to the master cylinder so no line pressure builds
- Fail safe will not allow valve to open, so brakes will work when towing forward
- Requires 5-pole, 6-way round, or 7-pole wiring harness for connection
