Overview
The Maxxima M63350R is a red 6" oval LED stop / tail / brake light with a slim 0.4" profile, 14 LEDs, and 3-wire 6" leads. This two-light kit also includes two Maxxima M50607 low-profile oval grommets for compatible grommet-mount installations.
R&P Service Insight
Low-profile oval lights are commonly used when a standard-depth oval light takes up too much space behind the panel. Before replacing an existing light, match the body size, wiring, and mounting method rather than ordering by appearance alone.
-
Check the Opening: Confirm the cutout or mounting area accepts a 6" oval low-profile grommet setup.
-
Check the Wiring: This light uses 3-wire 6" leads for stop / tail / brake function.
-
Check the Mounting: This kit includes grommets, but the light can also be surface mounted with screws where that installation style is preferred.
R&P Knowledge Hub
Compatibility: Designed for 6" oval stop / tail / brake light applications where the dimensions, wiring, and mounting method match.
Vehicle / System Fit: Commonly used on trailers, trucks, RVs, Jeeps, utility trailers, enclosed trailers, service bodies, and similar 12V lighting systems.
Installation Notes: Verify polarity and function wiring before final installation. Test stop and tail functions before sealing the light into place.
Performance Insight: The ultra-thin body helps reduce clearance issues behind panels while the included grommets provide a cleaner low-profile mounted finish.
Brand & Fitment Note
Selling Brand: Maxxima

R&P Repair Insight
When replacing trailer stop / tail lights, most fitment issues come from mismatched mounting depth, wire count, or grommet style. Compare the existing light and opening before removing old wiring or cutting into the trailer body.
-
Mounting Depth: This light is 0.4" deep, making it useful for shallow mounting areas.
-
Wire Function: Match the 3-wire leads to the correct tail and stop / brake circuits before final crimping or sealing.
-
Grommet Fit: Use the included low-profile grommets only where the panel opening and light body are compatible.
