These adjustable straps have rubber strips to help keep them in place. 1 strap is ran parallel on top of the tire and secured with the ratchet to a tie down, anchor points, or stake pockets/rub rails. Then are tightened with the ratchet to hold the vehicle or cargo in place. The color of the straps may vary.
