All renters must present a valid Illinois driver’s license at pickup. A CDL is not required for these rental trailers, but R&P Carriages may verify tow vehicle, wiring, hitch setup, brake controller, mirrors, listed capacity, and load suitability before release.

Trailer capacity is listed as a primary release-detail for each rental unit where available. Please verify your load weight before rental. Do not exceed the listed trailer capacity. Tow vehicle rating, hitch rating, brake controller function, wiring, weight distribution, and securement are the renter’s responsibility and may be checked by R&P before release.

Capacity & Load Safety
