Installation Notes

Cut the old spindle approximately 1" from the weld and grind smooth for a clean fit. Align the new spindle using an alignment fixture or clamp. Due to the heavier load rating of 12K axles, ensure full 360° weld penetration and proper preheat in colder shop environments. Replace all bearings, races, and seals upon reassembly.
