Overview

This incandescent bi-colored red and amber clearance / marker light is built for trailer fender and side-marker applications that use the standard sealed rectangular thinline format. The split lens functions as a forward-facing amber clearance light and a rearward-facing red marker light, helping one compact unit handle two directional lighting jobs. This listing is for one light with its snap-in self-grounding base. :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}

R&P Service Insight

These fender lights are popular because they simplify the lighting package on compact trailers. Instead of stacking separate forward and rear marker lamps, one sealed bi-color light can cover both directions in the same footprint.

Single-Light Replacement: Ideal when only one damaged light needs to be replaced instead of buying a two-pack.

R&P Knowledge Hub

Compatibility: Common replacement style for trailer fender mount and side marker applications using a sealed rectangular bi-color light and snap-in bracket/base arrangement.

Vehicle / System Fit: Best suited to trailer locations that need amber visibility facing forward and red visibility facing rearward in one compact light.

Installation Notes: Verify overall dimensions, snap-in base style, and single-wire connection format before ordering. Current references for this MC67ARB style describe a single-wire design that grounds through mounting hardware or the mounting base.

Performance Insight: This sealed incandescent thinline format remains common because it delivers the split red / amber function in a compact body with a familiar trailer-light replacement footprint. :contentReference[oaicite:4]{index=4}

R&P Repair Insight

The most common mistakes on this light are ordering the wrong quantity, overlooking the mounting/base style, or matching by appearance without checking measurements. Since this listing is for one light, make sure you are replacing a single failed unit and not a matched pair.

Check 1: Confirm your original light uses this sealed rectangular thinline profile.
