Complete tandem axle suspension rebuild kit using 25.25" double-eye leaf springs, curved equalizers, hangers, wet bolts, bronze bushings, U-bolts, tie plates, and hardware for matching 3" round axle tube applications.
Verify spring length, spring width, equalizer hole spacing, axle tube diameter, U-bolt size and length, hanger height, shackle length, tie plate spacing, and included components before installation. This kit should be matched by actual measurements, not axle rating alone.
Compatibility: Intended for tandem trailer suspension rebuilds using 25.25" double-eye leaf springs and 7-3/4" curved equalizers.
Vehicle / System Fit: Designed around 7K tandem trailer axle suspension service with 3" round axle U-bolts and 5200 lb / 6000 lb / 7000 lb style tie plates where measurements match.
Installation Notes: Verify hanger spacing, equalizer geometry, axle tube size, U-bolt length, tie plate spacing, and spring eye-to-eye measurement before installation.
Performance Insight: Bronze bushings and greaseable wet bolts provide a more serviceable setup than standard dry bolt hardware when maintained properly.
Includes the major suspension components needed to rebuild both sides of a tandem trailer axle suspension system.
Includes four PR6 leaf springs measuring 25.25" long, 1.75" wide, 6-leaf construction, and 3500 lb rated per spring.
