Tandem Axle Eye-to-Eye Spring Suspension Kit (4,000–14,000 lb GVW Applications)
Complete suspension rebuild kit for tandem axle trailers using standard eye-to-eye leaf springs. Designed to replace common wear components including equalizers, shackles, bolts, and bushings.
Compatible with trailers rated from 4,000 lb GVW up to 14,000 lb GVW. For use with 1-3/4" wide eye-to-eye leaf springs. Not compatible with slipper-style spring systems.
Kit Includes
- 14 – Shackle Bolts (3", 3.50" dry, or 3.00" wet bolt options available – 7/16" step-down design)
- 14 – Shackle Nuts
- 2 – EQ-104 Long Spring Pivot Equalizers (5.75" center-to-center)
- 14 – Bushings (Nylon or Genuine Dexter Brass options available)
- 8 – Shackle Straps (2", 2.562", 3.125", or 3.5" center-to-center options)

The EQ-104 equalizer measures 2" tall with a 5.75" center-to-center span across the lower mounting holes. Verify equalizer dimensions against your existing suspension before installation.
