These are the same D rings I install in the trailers I sell, when I set them up for Holding down almost ANYTHING! 


Each ring is rated to 4,000# working Load, and 11,700 Max Load. The "D ring" part measures 2 3/8" x 2 1/2" INSIDE (3 1/2" x 3 3/8" outside), and is a full 1/2" thick. 


I usually weld them right on a frame cross member for a strong mount. The price is for one, so buy as many as you want, shipping discounts for large orders.
