Important Fitment Note: This is the brake drum only for compatible pre-2009 10K GD axle applications. The existing drum will commonly have 9-44 cast into it and use a 21-36 four-inch oil cap. Verify the axle generation, 12.25" × 3.375" brake size, drum casting, hub configuration and all related measurements before ordering.
Compatibility: Intended for compatible pre-2009 10K GD trailer axle applications where the brake size, original drum casting and hub configuration match.
System Fit: Designed for 12-1/4" × 3-3/8" heavy-duty trailer brake systems associated with the listed application references.
Installation Notes: Inspect the hub, bearings, seals, oil cap, brake shoes and related hardware during service. Replace or reuse those parts only as appropriate for their condition and specifications.
Performance Insight: Correct drum dimensions are necessary for proper contact with the corresponding brake shoes. An incorrect axle generation or drum configuration may prevent proper assembly or brake operation.
