Complete hydraulic disc brake kit designed for 3,500 lb cargo and 3,700 lb boat trailer axles. Common replacement for UFP DB-35 configurations and widely used on boat trailers including Ranger, EZ Loader, and similar UFP/Vault style hub systems.
This kit includes rotor/hub assemblies, calipers, bearings, seals, dust caps, mounting hardware, and lug nuts for one complete axle. Designed to provide corrosion resistance and improved braking performance in marine and high-moisture environments.

Hydraulic disc systems on 3.5K axles offer improved heat dissipation and corrosion resistance compared to traditional drum brakes, making them common in marine applications. The rotor/hub assembly houses the bearing sets and seal, while the caliper applies hydraulic pressure directly to the rotor surface.
Proper identification of spindle size, bearing numbers (L68149 / L44649), seal diameter, and bolt pattern is critical. Many 3.5K axles look similar but use different seal dimensions. Always confirm spindle measurements before ordering.
