Aftermarket right-hand hydraulic free backing brake assembly for 3,500 lb trailer axle applications using a 10" x 2.25" brake setup and 4-bolt mounting pattern.
This aftermarket hydraulic free backing trailer brake assembly is built for the right-hand side of compatible 3,500 lb axle brake systems. The 10" x 2.25" backing plate and 4-bolt mounting configuration make it a practical replacement option when the existing brake assembly is worn, damaged, or no longer functioning properly.
Hydraulic free backing brake assemblies are commonly used on surge brake trailer systems where reverse movement requires the brakes to release instead of locking up.
Compatibility: Intended for compatible 3,500 lb trailer axle hydraulic brake applications using a 10" x 2.25" brake assembly.
Vehicle / System Fit: Trailer hydraulic brake systems, commonly used with surge brake setups where free backing function is required.
Installation Notes: Confirm brake size, right-hand orientation, axle rating, and 4-bolt mounting pattern before installation.
Performance Insight: Free backing brake assemblies help reduce brake drag while backing up when used in the correct hydraulic trailer brake system.
Selling Brand: Aftermarket replacement brake assembly.
Application Reference: Any trailer or axle references in this listing describe compatibility, fitment target, or application style only where supported by verified measurements, mounting points, and configuration details.
What This Means: This listing is for an aftermarket hydraulic trailer brake assembly, not a guaranteed OEM-branded item unless specifically stated and verified.
Before Ordering: Verify measurements, mounting style, side orientation, axle rating, brake system type, and included components before installation.
Brake assemblies should be replaced when lining wear, corrosion, contamination, broken springs, or poor brake response make repair less practical than installing a complete replacement assembly.
