To use, place the bracket over the hitch mount and apply the ball mount through the hole provided. It is used for Class III and Class IV, 2” x 2” Ball Mount. The square cutout on the bracket should rest on the hitch mount. This corrosion-resistant, powder coated steel adapter can be used with a friction-style sway control system. When used with a friction-style sway control system, these brackets help stabilize a trailer and fight trailer sway by reducing outside factors i.e. wind, passing traffic, turns, etc. This is a replacement for the sway-control bracket only, the system is sold separately.
