Extending your hitch helps prevent hitting trailer or propane tanks when making sharp turns while towing. These are also great when using hitch accessories such as bike racks. Extended lengths are measured from center to center of hitch pin holes and are featured in a powder coated black finish.

- 2" receiver load rating: GVW 3500 lb Tongue 350 lb - with weight distribution hitch GVW 7000 lb Tongue 700 lb. This part is made from SOLID Steel, it will likely never fail, BUT- The limiting factor is the capacity of your hitch, so we established a limit of 3500# for the safety of YOUR HITCH on your truck.
Using a 2" hitch extender will reduce your hitch's overall capacity by 1/3.
