Heavy-duty USA-made Demco adjustable coupler for 3" channel brackets, built for 2-5/16" ball fit, 21,000 lb capacity, and confident eZ-Latch hookup in demanding trailer applications.
This listing is for the Demco coupler only. If you need a heavy-duty adjustable channel coupler that keeps pace with real trailer work, this one checks the boxes: 2-5/16" ball fit, 21,000 lb rating, USA-made construction, and Demco’s eZ-Latch mechanism for secure hookup and disconnect. The adjustable channel mount gives you height flexibility, while the powder-coated steel body and 500-hour salt spray rating make it a strong choice for utility, equipment, and marine-exposed applications.
Adjustable channel couplers earn their keep when you need a stronger, cleaner trailer-to-tow-vehicle setup without guessing on tongue height.
Compatibility: Verified for 3" wide channel bracket applications using a 2-5/16" hitch ball.
Vehicle / System Fit: Trailer tongue coupler replacement or upgrade where an adjustable channel mount is already part of the setup.
Installation Notes: Confirm bracket width, ball size, lock pin clearance, and required mounting hardware before ordering. This is a coupler-only listing and does not include installation hardware.
Performance Insight: The cast ball coupler design combines heavy-duty towing capacity, adjustable fitment flexibility, and corrosion resistance in one proven Demco setup.
Most ordering mistakes on adjustable couplers come down to bracket width, ball size, or assuming hardware is included. This listing is for the coupler only, so verify your mounting setup before checkout.
