An all-in-one hydraulic solution designed to replace traditional manual hand-crank jacks with effortless, integrated 12V power.
The Stillwell SJ003B1DEVQ Tradesman unit is a heavy-duty hydraulic jack engineered for high-frequency use on work trailers. Unlike standard hydraulic setups that require mounting a separate pump box and running hydraulic lines, the Vaquero houses everything inside the jack head. This "plug-and-play" design makes it the ultimate upgrade for dump trailers, equipment haulers, and utility trailers.
We recommend this jack for professionals who unhook frequently. It saves time and physical strain compared to manual jacks.
Operation: Use the included 15-foot corded remote to raise or lower the trailer. Ensure your battery is fully charged for peak performance.
Emergency Override: In the event of power loss, locate the override valve on the pump. Pull the knob and turn 1/4 to lock open, allowing the jack to retract under the trailer's weight.
System Bleeding: If the jack feels "spongy," extend it 1/4 of the way and retract fully. Repeat 3–5 times to cycle air back to the reservoir.
Maintenance: Check fluid only when fully retracted. Use ATF (Dexron III) for top-offs and grease the inner leg seasonally to prevent corrosion.
Installation is straightforward for anyone comfortable with basic 12V wiring and bolt-on components.
Pump, motor, and reservoir are integrated into the jack head for a clean, hose-free installation.
High-performance pump capable of generating up to 3,200 PSI for reliable lifting force.
Specifically designed for work trailers with a black powder coat finish and weather-sealed cover.
Ample vertical travel to accommodate various hitch heights and uneven terrain conditions.
