A professional-grade hidden shackle lock designed to eliminate the most common point of failure: the exposed shackle. Virtually impossible to cut, saw, or pry when used with a compatible hasp.
The Trimax DLHP features a unique "Hockey Puck" style that encases the shackle within a solid block of hardened chrome-plated steel. By tucking the shackle inside the lock body, there is no gap for bolt cutters to grip, providing a level of security that standard padlocks cannot match. Its "no-spring" design ensures reliable operation in freezing or corrosive environments.
This is the "gold standard" for enclosed trailer security. If you are hauling high-value equipment or tools, a standard padlock is a target; this hidden shackle design forces thieves to look for an easier mark.
Compatibility: Designed for enclosed trailers, storage units, and commercial gates using hidden shackle hasps.
Vehicle / System Fit: Enclosed Cargo Trailers, Job Site Storage Boxes, Commercial Gates.
Key System: High-security 6-pin cylinder provides superior pick resistance and is re-keyable by a professional locksmith.
Performance Insight: For maximum security, pair this with a Trimax THSP2C or similar shroud hasp to ensure the entire locking mechanism is protected from all angles.
Selling Brand: Trimax
Application Reference: This lock is designed for specific "hockey puck" style hasps and is compatible with commercial storage and trailer applications where the internal dimensions match.
What This Means: This listing is for a genuine Trimax DLHP high-security lock, an industry leader in trailer and site protection.
Before Ordering: Verify hasp clearance (1-3/4" wide x 1/2" tall) to ensure the lock body can seat properly over your specific mounting hardware.
While the DLHP is incredibly tough, proper maintenance ensures it lasts a lifetime, especially in harsh road environments or coastal areas.
Machined from a solid block of hardened steel. Highly resistant to drilling, hammering, and physical attacks.
Internal shackle design provides zero clearance for bolt cutters or saws to access the locking pin.
The manual "no-spring" tumbler system ensures the lock won't jam or freeze in extreme weather conditions.
Equipped with a pick-resistant 6-pin brass cylinder that is fully re-keyable if needed.
