EDGE TRIM / PANEL EDGE PROTECTION / FLEXIBLE VINYL TRIM

1 Ft 1/2 Inch Black Vinyl Edge Trim with 19/32 Inch Leg Height TS1375B-2

This listing is for 1 foot of black vinyl edge trim with a 1/2 inch edge grip and 19/32 inch leg height. Commonly used on doors, lids, hatches, RV panels, trailer edges, truck caps, and toolboxes where both grip and coverage matter.

Part Number: TS1375B-2 19/32 Inch Leg Height Sold by the Foot

Overview

This flexible 1/2 inch black vinyl edge trim is a high-use finishing and protective solution for exposed metal, fiberglass, or plastic edges. The 19/32 inch leg height gives better edge coverage than shorter-profile trims in applications where appearance and protection both matter. Sold by the foot and shipped as one continuous piece based on total quantity ordered.

R&P Service Insight

We sell this trim constantly because it solves a common real-world problem: exposed edges get sharp, worn, noisy, and unfinished fast. Buyers often focus only on the 1/2 inch grip, but the 19/32 inch leg height is what helps this trim cover the edge well and finish the panel cleanly.

Why It Sells: Common replacement trim for campers, RVs, trailers, truck caps, toolboxes, hatches, and fender edge applications.
Why Leg Height Matters: Shorter trim may grip the edge but still leave too much raw panel exposed.
Continuous Length: Enter the total feet needed and material is shipped as one continuous piece based on the ordered length.

R&P Knowledge Hub

Compatibility: Intended for 1/2 inch edge applications where the profile, panel thickness, and 19/32 inch leg height provide the needed grip and coverage.

Vehicle / System Fit: Commonly used on campers, RVs, trailers, truck caps, toolboxes, doors, lids, hatches, compartment edges, and exposed sheet metal or fiberglass edges.

Installation Notes: Confirm the actual exposed edge size and compare the leg height to your existing trim before ordering. Buyers often match edge grip correctly but choose a replacement with too little leg coverage.

Performance Insight: Internal metal retaining clips help the trim grip firmly without adhesives, while the taller leg profile helps protect and finish more of the exposed edge surface.

Brand & Fitment Note

Selling Brand: Trim Seal

Application Reference: Any RV, trailer, truck cap, toolbox, hatch, or fender references in this listing describe common application use only where the edge size, trim profile, and coverage requirements match.

What This Means: This listing is for 1 foot of edge trim material, not a pre-cut kit unless specifically stated.

Before Ordering: Verify edge width, panel thickness, leg height, and total length needed for your application.

R&P Repair Insight

This trim usually fails for one of three reasons: the buyer matches only the edge grip and ignores leg height, the panel edge thickness is wrong for the grip profile, or the application needed more coverage than a shorter trim can provide. In replacement work, the 19/32 inch leg height is often the difference between a clean finished edge and a trim that looks undersized.

Edge Size Failure: A 1/2 inch trim will not perform correctly if the exposed panel edge size is different.
Coverage Failure: Shorter leg trim may grip but still leave the raw edge too exposed.
Length Check: Measure the full run before ordering so you receive the correct continuous length.

19/32 Inch Leg Height

Internal Metal Gripping Clips

Internal retaining clips help hold the trim firmly in place and help resist vibration-related movement.

Continuous Length by Quantity
