A 3,500 lb idler hub typically uses L44649 outer bearings and L68149 inner bearings with a 1.71" inner diameter grease seal. Always confirm bearing numbers stamped on your existing bearings or verify spindle measurements before ordering.
This is an idler hub (non-brake application). Confirm bolt pattern (6 on 5.5") and axle rating before installation.
