This listing is for a complete tandem trailer axle suspension rebuild kit designed to replace all primary wear components in a standard leaf-spring suspension. The kit features greaseable wet bolts, bronze bushings, extra-tall equalizers, and 3-1/8" shackle straps.
Intended for tandem-axle trailers using eye-to-eye leaf springs with 1-3/4" spring width.
Fitment
- Tandem axle trailers only
- Eye-to-eye leaf springs (both ends bushed)
- 1-3/4" wide springs
- Typical trailer GVWR range: approximately 4,000 lb to 14,000 lb
- Standard hanger geometry using 9/16" suspension bolts
Not compatible with slipper spring suspensions or torsion axles.

Equalizer Geometry
- Top hole to either side hole: 6" center-to-center
- Side hole to side hole: 4" center-to-center
Designed to replace factory nylon or plastic bushings and standard suspension bolts. Greaseable wet bolts allow periodic lubrication directly at the bushing interface, reducing wear and extending service life.
