About This Product
The Jammy TSAP780 Ramp Door Spring Assist Kit is engineered for enclosed trailers with 7-foot-wide ramp doors. Designed to help offset door weight, it improves safety and ease of use by providing controlled assistance when opening and closing the ramp.

- Includes one 5.5 × 50 × 700 mm (?28?) torsion spring rated at 80 lb, with clockwise (right) wind direction
- Two 12? capacity cable drums (left and right)
- Two 150? × 1/8? stainless steel winding cables
- Roof-mount bearing brackets, nylon rollers, and full hardware kit
- Bar for mounting not included — buyer must supply proper spring bar
- Rated to assist doors up to ~160 lb total load (or ~80 lb per hinge) per manufacturer spec
Important Clarifications
- Drum sizing: “12? cable drums” means capacity for 12 feet of cable travel, not physical drum diameter.
- Cable length: Each kit includes full 150? cables. If you receive shorter length, report immediately.
