This Dexter swan-style equalizer is designed for tandem or triple axle trailer suspension systems using 2" wide slipper springs with approximately 33" center-to-center axle spacing. Equalizer only — hardware not included.

In a slipper spring suspension system, the equalizer connects adjacent springs and pivots at a central bolt. When one axle encounters uneven terrain, the equalizer rotates to distribute force across the suspension system.
Equalizer length directly affects axle spacing and suspension geometry. Before ordering, confirm spring width, axle spacing, pivot bolt diameter, and hole dimensions. Hardware and bolts are sold separately unless purchasing a complete kit.
