R&P Knowledge Hub
In slipper spring suspension systems, equalizers allow controlled pivoting between axles to balance load transfer. When one axle moves over uneven terrain, the equalizer rotates at the center bolt to distribute force across the suspension.
When servicing only one side, confirm that the opposite side is in serviceable condition. Replacing components in matched sets is often recommended to maintain consistent suspension geometry.
Always verify axle spacing, spring width, pivot bolt diameter, and bolt hole dimensions before ordering.
