Item Is Number 4014 On Diagram, and is pictured below. It allows you to use your weight distribution load equalizer hitch on taller trucks with lower trailers and campers.

Hole spacing is 1.25" Center to Center, and is made from solid 2x2" steel bar.
Fits Most popular Weight Distribution hitches sold, but measure yours to confirm.
