R&P Knowledge Hub
License plate lights illuminate the registration plate whenever trailer running lights are active. Most installations connect to the trailer marker light circuit so the plate remains visible at night. LED designs offer significantly longer life and lower electrical demand than traditional incandescent plate lamps.
Voltage Safety Notice
- Designed for use with 12-volt DC electrical systems
- Connecting to higher voltage sources may damage the light
- Confirm system voltage before installation
