This converter will allow you to add the Center brake light to a car, truck, or trailer.
Hook one wire to each of your brake lights on your vehicle, then one wire comes out of this converter, to power a single center brake light.
Simple install! (you can even use the trailer plug on you truck!)
Please note, due to the nature of electricity, at times, your new center brake light may blink if the turn signal is on, and you do not have the brake lights on. This converter prevents the power from one light, back feeding into the other brake lights on your vehicle. It is REQUIRED if you do not have a center brake light, and want to add one. Without it, vehicle wiring may be damaged.
This converter is a Heavy Duty Piece, USA made, Rated 3 amps! It is commonly used by Pick up truck camper, and topper manufactures to power the center brake light on them. This is the same one they use, it is Die Cast Aluminum totally encased in epoxy. Uses standard 1/4" spade connectors.
