15,000 lb Heavy-Duty Axle Spindle — Fits Dexter 15K Axles (TAD15K)

The TAD15K spindle is engineered for Dexter 15K axles used in commercial lowboys, construction equipment haulers, and heavy industrial trailers. Built from forged steel and machined to exact bearing dimensions, this spindle restores critical alignment and load-bearing performance.

Required Bearings & Seals (NOT Included):

• Inner Bearing: 3984 (Race: 3920)
• Outer Bearing: 25580 (Race: 25520)
• Seal: 10-43 — 2.875" ID / 4.50" OD

Installation Notes

Due to the heavy-wall tubing used on 15K axles, preheat is often required. Align spindle using a fixture, confirm toe and camber, tack weld, then apply a complete 360° weld. Allow controlled cooling to prevent distortion and install new bearings and seals during final assembly.
