Displayed In Store / Available To Order Items
Products marked, shown, or submitted as displayed in store may be available for customers to view at our physical location, but they may not be stocked for immediate purchase or same-day carryout.
When a displayed-in-store item is ordered, we will confirm the product, price, delivery method, estimated timing, and any shipping, freight, delivery, or handling cost before fulfillment. Delivery timing depends on product type, supplier availability, destination, carrier service, and whether the item requires parcel shipping, freight shipping, local delivery, or store pickup.

Shipping Options
We ship eligible products to customer addresses using available parcel or freight carriers. Shipping availability depends on the item’s size, weight, packaging requirements, destination, and carrier restrictions.
- Small and medium trailer parts generally ship by parcel carrier when eligible.
- Heavy, oversized, axle, suspension, and bulk items may require freight shipping.
- Some products may ship directly from a supplier, distributor, or manufacturer.
- Some items may be pickup-only if they cannot be shipped safely or economically.
- Shipping estimates shown online may change if the product requires freight, special handling, or address-specific delivery service.
Delivery Costs
Delivery and shipping costs are based on the item, order size, destination, delivery method, carrier, packaging requirements, and any special freight services required.

Local Pickup Policy
Customers may select or request local pickup for eligible orders. Pickup is available only after the order has been confirmed and the customer has been notified that the item is ready.

- Large or heavy items may require an appropriate vehicle, tie-downs, and additional help for loading.
- We may refuse unsafe loading or transport arrangements.

Local Delivery Policy
Local delivery may be available for eligible products within our service area. Local delivery is not guaranteed for every item or every address.
Local delivery cost, delivery date, delivery time window, and unloading requirements will be confirmed before delivery is scheduled. Additional charges may apply for oversized items, heavy items, special handling, failed delivery attempts, difficult access, or delivery locations outside our standard service area.
Freight Delivery Policy
Some trailer parts, axles, suspension components, and oversized products must ship by freight carrier. Freight delivery may require additional coordination.
- Freight shipments may require a commercial delivery address.
- Residential delivery, liftgate service, appointment delivery, terminal pickup, or limited-access delivery may cost extra.
- The customer is responsible for inspecting freight shipments at delivery before signing.
- Visible damage should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.
- Freight damage must be reported promptly so a carrier claim can be reviewed.
- Keep all packaging until the freight claim or damage review is complete.
Backorders, Substitutions & Availability
Product availability can change. If an item is unavailable, backordered, discontinued, delayed, or requires substitution, we will contact the customer with available options.
Displayed-in-store products may represent a product, product family, size, variant, or sample that can be ordered. The exact item ordered should be verified before purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Return eligibility depends on product condition, product type, timing, and whether the item was special ordered, installed, used, damaged, electrical, custom, or freight-shipped.
General Return Guidelines
- Return requests should be made within 30 days of delivery or pickup.
- Returned items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.
- Original packaging, labels, instructions, and included hardware should be returned with the item.
- Shipping charges, delivery charges, freight charges, and special handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the wrong item was shipped or the product was defective upon arrival.
- Approved returns may be subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is issued.
Items That May Not Be Returnable
- Installed, used, modified, damaged, or incomplete items.
- Electrical parts that have been opened, installed, plugged in, or tested after purchase.
- Special-order, custom-order, built-to-order, or non-stock items.
- Axles, large freight items, or oversized products once shipped, unless approved in advance.
- Items returned without approval or outside the return window.
Order Accuracy & Fitment Responsibility
Trailer parts often require exact measurements, part numbers, capacity ratings, bolt patterns, brake sizes, spring centers, hub face measurements, electrical compatibility, hydraulic compatibility, and other fitment details.
Customers are responsible for verifying that a product fits their trailer or application before ordering. When possible, compare part numbers, measurements, photos, and specifications before purchase. Contact us before ordering if fitment is uncertain.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number, photos, packaging photos, and a description of the issue.
For freight deliveries, inspect the shipment before signing. If damage is visible, note the damage with the carrier and keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
