Part Number: 013-143-03
Replacement 5-5/8" equalizer designed for use with the Dexter E-Z Flex heavy duty rubber suspension system. Commonly used on tandem axle trailer applications with approximately 33" axle spacing and axle capacities up to 6,000 lb per axle.
This equalizer features an internal rubber cushioning core that helps absorb road shock and reduce vibration transfer to the trailer frame and cargo.

The Dexter E-Z Flex system differs from standard steel equalizers by incorporating a rubber isolation core between the steel side plates. This design allows controlled compression under load, reducing metal-to-metal shock transfer between axles.
Because the rubber core compresses under load, eye-to-eye length varies slightly between unloaded and loaded conditions. Always verify axle spacing, bolt diameters, and current equalizer dimensions before replacement.
