The HTAD Adaptor Hitch Converter lets you use standard 2″ hitch accessories—bike racks, cargo carriers, and other mounted gear—on a vehicle equipped with a 1-1/4″ receiver. Made in the USA from heavy-duty steel with a durable black powder-coat finish, this adapter adds flexibility without permanent modification. Designed for accessory use only—not for towing.

Fitment & Compatibility
Fits any Class I or Class II 1-1/4″ hitch receiver and accepts standard 2″ accessory shanks, including:
- 2″ bike racks and hitch-mount cargo carriers
- Hitch-mounted steps, storage trays, and utility carriers
- Lightweight recreational attachments within weight limits
Usage Notes
- Accessory use only — not for towing trailers or vehicles.
- Reduces hitch tongue weight capacity by ≈ 50%. Check ratings before use.
- Use with a proper hitch pin and clip (5/8″ recommended).
