B&W Companion 20K Fifth Wheel Hitch Replacement Base – RVB3500
Replacement stationary base for the B&W Companion fifth-wheel hitch system. The RVB3500 installs into a compatible B&W Turnoverball underbed gooseneck receiver and supports a separately supplied Companion coupler/head assembly.
The RVB3500 is the base used in the complete RVK3500 hitch. It is not a complete fifth-wheel hitch and is not intended for factory four-puck mounting systems.

Single-point mounting: The Companion RVB3500 uses the B&W Turnoverball receiver located in the truck bed. It does not drop into a Chevrolet, GMC, Ford, or Ram factory puck pattern.
Replacement identification: RVB3500 is the base for the RVK3500 Companion hitch. Pair with a compatible Companion coupler/head, including B&W RVC3006, according to B&W guidance. Confirm base and head compatibility before ordering.
Stationary design: This base does not provide slider travel. Confirm cab-to-trailer clearance for short-bed applications before towing.

Safety: The 20,000-lb trailer and 5,000-lb vertical load ratings do not increase vehicle towing or payload capacity. The lowest rated component governs the combination. Check bed and cab clearance before towing.
