B&W Companion OEM 20K Fifth Wheel Hitch Replacement Base – GM RVB3700
The B&W Companion RVB3700 is a replacement fifth-wheel hitch base for compatible Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra trucks equipped with the factory-installed fifth-wheel towing preparation package.
Designed for the Companion OEM hitch system, the base mounts directly into the four factory underbed receiver pucks. Its removable design allows the truck bed to be cleared when the hitch is not in use.

Factory mounting system: RVB3700 is designed for the GM OEM four-puck fifth-wheel towing preparation system used on compatible 2015–2019 Chevrolet and GMC heavy-duty trucks. The vehicle must have the appropriate factory puck receivers; model year alone does not establish compatibility.
Replacement base identification: RVB3700 is the 20,000-lb-rated base associated with the B&W Companion RVK3700 system. It should not be confused with RVB3705, the 25,000-lb Companion replacement base.
Head compatibility: Confirm the existing Companion hitch head and its mounting requirements before purchasing a replacement base. A replacement base does not automatically increase the rating of an existing hitch assembly.

Installation & Safety
Install RVB3700 according to the applicable B&W instructions. Verify that the base is fully seated in all four OEM puck receivers, the mounting mechanisms are locked, and the compatible Companion hitch head is correctly installed.
Check hitch-height adjustment, bed-rail clearance, cab-to-trailer clearance, and trailer attitude before towing. This is a stationary base and does not provide the rearward travel of a sliding fifth-wheel hitch.
Important: The 20,000-lb gross trailer weight rating and 5,000-lb vertical load rating do not increase the truck's towing capacity or payload rating. Do not exceed the lowest applicable rating of the truck, hitch components, or trailer.
