Complete 7" x 1-3/4" hydraulic uni-servo brake backing plate assembly for 2,000–2,200 lb trailer axles. Right-hand configuration (passenger side). Common replacement for boat and snowmobile trailers. Designed for hydraulic drum brake systems only. Cannot be used with electric brake systems.

Hydraulic backing plates are mechanically actuated by brake fluid pressure from a surge actuator or master cylinder. They are not compatible with electric brake controllers or electric drum systems.
Uni-servo brakes apply braking force in one direction of rotation and are commonly used on light-duty utility, boat, and powersport trailers. Brake assemblies are side-specific and must match the correct left or right orientation. Always confirm brake size (7" x 1-3/4"), axle capacity, and flange configuration before ordering.
