This hydraulic brake backing plate kit includes one left-hand and one right-hand self-adjusting brake assembly for heavy-duty trailer axles. Designed for 12,000 lb to 16,000 lb axle applications using 12.25" × 5" brake shoes.
Commonly used on Dexter and Lippert (LCI) hydraulic drum brake systems.

Always confirm brake shoe width, axle rating, mounting bolt pattern, and drum compatibility before ordering. Not compatible with AL-KO axles.
