Hydraulic actuator master cylinders convert surge brake force into hydraulic pressure. Proper thread compatibility between the master cylinder port and brake line fitting is critical for safe installation.
⚠️ STOP — Verify Your Brake Line Fitting Before Ordering
This master cylinder uses a smaller thread size (approx. 1/8" NPT / ~3/8" diameter). Older units may use a larger 1/2"-20 thread with a flat washer fitting.
- If your existing system uses the larger washer-style fitting, this will NOT connect directly
- You will need to purchase the correct brake line fitting adapter or replacement fitting
- Failure to verify thread size will result in installation issues
