About the PHANTOM-XT Hitch
The PHANTOM-XT 10K Drop Hitch is a competitively priced hitch built for medium-duty towing. Compatible with 2" truck receivers, it features GEN-Y’s stacked-tube design that allows quick height adjustment of the ball mount for the ideal drop when towing different trailers.
Fully adjustable and reversible, the PHANTOM-XT can be used in both drop and rise positions for added flexibility. Built tough and finished with a durable powder coat, it is designed for dependable towing across changing road and load conditions.
Torsion-Flex Benefits
In addition to being heavy-duty and fully adjustable, the PHANTOM-XT features integrated Torsion-Flex technology. This rubber torsion arm design helps absorb trailer inertia so the trailer glides instead of bouncing, delivering a noticeably smoother towing experience.
The Torsion-Flex system helps distribute load more evenly between tow vehicle and trailer, improving control, reducing sway, and minimizing metal fatigue. That can help extend the life of both your trailer and its contents, especially on rough roads, potholes, or sudden stops.
